Riverfront Application Information



Application: Positive photo identification is required (i.e. Driver's license, state ID card, passport, student ID card).

Application Information: In the event of roommates, each applicant on lease must be approved individually.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee of $35 is required at the time of application.


Income: Qualifying gross income must be at least 3 times monthly rent.

Employment: If employed less than one year, verification of previous employers is required.

Selection Criteria: A positive rental history of at least 6 months. No current or previous unpaid rental debt. Absolutely no past evictions and no felonies.

Credit History: To qualify for the minimum security deposit requires zero collections. Challenged credit is acceptable with increased security deposit for applicants with strong rental and employment verification.

Pets: Pets may be allowed in certain apartments. A pet interview is required prior to application approval – no weight or breed restrictions. A pet deposit is required for each pet, two pets maximum.
